Jay has nearly 30 years of marketing, advertising, and sales promotion solutions experience, 23 years of which have been with the Strategies team.
Jay studied sports management and business at the University of Dayton. He has been married to his wife, Cari for over 25 years and they have 2 adult children.
Jay is a licensed high school sports official in the sports of basketball and volleyball.
Outside of helping customers reach their goals, he enjoys spending time on the water fishing.
