If you are not satisfied with your branded merchandise, please reach out to your Product Solutions Rep or call us at 800.354.6548. We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
In most cases, we cannot accept returns on custom branded merchandise because it is personalized to your business.
To minimize potential issues and mistakes, we provide multiple review and proofing options throughout the order process to allow for input and revisions. We also provide samples of various merchandise so you can make sure it meets your needs and expectations before ordering.
Defects and Damage
If there are any defects, damage caused during shipping, or the quality of your promotional products is not as expected, please contact us so we can help make it right.
We understand things happen that are outside of everyone’s control, so we do our best to work with customers on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. After production has started, your order cannot be canceled and a refund will not be issued.
