Great question. This answer varies depending on your company, order, timeline, etc. In general, you can browse our selection of promotional products and request a quote. You can also contact our team directly to discuss your specific needs and get strategic product recommendations.

While we do not offer online ordering, our responsive Product Solution Reps are happy to help—and we’re very proud of the fact that when you call or email us, it’s ALWAYS a real person and nearly always your same rep. This gives you consistency and makes the process easy, from requesting a quote to delivery and even reorders!

The number of days for delivery depends on the specific promotional products and shipping method you choose. Generally, Strategies is all about getting you the right solution, not the fastest solution. 

That said, we know sometimes schedules are a bit tight. With that in mind, we also have a variety of rush promotional product options for quick, 24-hour turnaround on production. As noted, shipping times vary by your location and the production facility location (which is determined by the type of merchandise ordered).

Yes! All orders include a proofing stage to ensure your artwork is displaying as intended. This allows you to see what you’re getting and make any last-minute changes. 

We’re also happy to send you a sample of the promotional product you are interested in. However, to keep costs sustainable, we may limit the number of samples we send.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For company stores and other corporate accounts, we can also accept checks and ACH payments.

Yes, we collect tax on orders shipped to all States that impose sales tax. If your organization is tax exempt, please discuss with our team and have your tax exemption certificate ready.

If we use artwork you supply, you are noting that you have unrestricted rights to use and distribute that work. If you’re unsure or have questions, please contact our team or consult with your legal counsel.

SHIPPING FAQ

Yes. Talk to your representative before you place your order and we can definitely assist you in making sure your orders get to the right places.

This depends on the products (especially food and items with liquids), quantity, and other factors. Talk to your representative before you place your order to discuss specifics.

No. Shipping costs can vary, so we don’t include shipping costs in the initial quote.

RETURNS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because they are customized, we do not generally accept returns on branded merchandise. That said, we’re happy to assist if your item was damaged during shipping. View our full return policy for more details.

You can cancel or change your order at any time before going into production. If you need to change your order or cancel, please contact our team and we’ll assist you with any changes.
